Fall is here, and I’m so ready for the cooler temps and warm chunky sweaters! Before we decided to put our house on the market, I had purchased some new fall accessories from The Home Depot to “cozy up” my bedroom this season. But it actually worked out well because I love this new look for my bedroom, and I think my bedroom looks warm and inviting to the prospective buyers touring my home!
The first items I got to give my space a new cozy look were these amazing textured pillows from The Home Depot! I love these shaggy soft ivory pillows. I feel like they are a different take on the faux fur pillow look. They look stunning on my bedroom sofa, which is also from The Home Depot. You can check out my last bedroom update with all the info on this sofa here. I accented the gorgeous shag pillows with these boho style striped pillows from The Home Depot. Decorating your home for fall doesn’t mean you have to drape your entire house in bold fall tones of oranges and reds with tons of pumpkins. Simply adding more texture and chunky fabrics can give your space that cozy fall look.

Another new accessory I added in my bedroom is this pretty brass floor lamp! I needed something to bring balance to the other side of the sofa and match the color existing coffee and side tables, so this lamp was a perfect fit! The lamp is a Safavieh brand lamp (a very high quality home decor brand) and is available at The Home Depot!

I also added a gorgeous chunky wool blanket and a long decorative lumbar pillow to my bed to add a cozy touch of fall! The wool blanket is so warm and super soft. Clearly Jessie approves of it, plus it’s under $100 which is an amazing price for a wool blanket like this! The lumbar pillow is the same style and color tone of the other pillows I added from The Home Depot so it helps to create continuity within my room! Lastly, I was excited to see that my bedroom lamp set is back in stock at The Home Depot. These lamps have a beautiful white washed distressed finish! They make such a statement in my bedroom!
